Having access to a kitchen was a great feature.

I found the driveway difficult to locate due to snow cover, which made arriving quite frustrating. Additionally, the check-in process was done purely through phone communication, lacking the personal touch one might expect from a hospitality experience. The creaky staircase was a nuisance, waking up other guests early in the morning and causing embarrassment.

I was shocked when the driveway was barely cleared after a snow storm, very unprofessional. Also, the so-called 'contactless reception' is ridiculous, just one more excuse for no real service! I almost considered a decent review but was truly disappointed that I wasn’t offered at least a complimentary drink. This place has a lot of nerve!

the stay was memorable due to its close proximity to Mount Haystack Trail and Dover Town Park, both perfect for leisurely walks and beautiful views that I thoroughly enjoyed as a weekend explorer.

We had a great stay at Brook Bound Inn! The room was spacious and clean, featuring a cozy king bed and a sofa bed. The bathroom provided excellent essentials, including shampoo and makeup remover. The kitchen was well-equipped with a stovetop and a refrigerator, which made meal prep easy. The friendly owner even helped us with a boot dryer, making our visit even more comfortable.

The gravel road to the inn could be tricky after snow.
